Welcome to our website.  If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with  and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with  our privacy policy govern Glimpses Holidays Pvt. Ltd.'s relationship with you  in relation to this website.The term “Glimpses Holidays Pvt. Ltd.” or 'us' or  'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 151, Pocket  B, New DDA MIG Flats, Mayur Vihar, Phase -3, New Delhi – 110096. Our company  registration number is U55101DL2010PTC207723 and place of registration is  Delhi. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.By accessing,  using, browsing or booking through our Web Site(s) or Directly or Indirectly  through Glimpse Holidays Pvt. Ltd. or its representative(s), you agree that you  have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and  you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.Payment  terms & condition:A) As per our company policy, tour can be confirm on  the basis of advance payment only and to initiate the flight / train /  transport / rooms reservations we need 30% advance payment of total tour cost  and rest of balance payment you can pay - in case of bank transfer 10days  before arrival in India & in case of cash payment upon arrival in India. In  addition to this We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an  advance payment, based on the nature of services, vendor requirements and/or  the time left for the commencement of the services. B) You have 02 payment  options. One is by bank transfer (wire transfer) and another one by credit card  for which the payment link will be provided you separately through e-mail. If  you send us advance payment by credit card then you have to pay us extra 3%  transaction charges of total paid amount which is directly deducted by  intermediate bank.PricesPrices quoted generally include accommodation  charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in some cases specified meals  (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner). Prices do not however include any personal  expenses or additional fees such as telephone calls, items from the mini-bar,  services, cleaning, etc.
  
  PAYMENTS :
  - All       payments should be made in Foreign Exchange. 
- For the       services contracted, advance payment should be made to process/hold the       booking on a confirmed basis.
- We hold the       right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on       the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the       services.
- Balance       amount will be paid either before your departure from your country or upon       arrival in INDIA-but definitely before the commencement of the services.
- Apart from       the above in some cases like special Luxury train / train journeys,       hotel/resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas & New Year) full       payment is required to be sent in advance.
- We need       total payment as mentioned in mail / Invoice in our bank account.       Transaction fees of bank/ credit card or transfer charges will be bear by       services taker. As quoted prices is only tour cost. No transaction fees       included in above cost.
 
 
MODE OF PAYMENTS :
  - Overseas       advance payment can be made through Bank / Wire Transfer to our bank       account. The transfer/processing charges levied by the bank need to be       deposited in addition to the payment amount. 
- Upon arrival       in India, the payment can be made through currency notes or travelers       cheques or through Master / Visa / American Express Credit Card. In case       of payments through a Credit Card, the bank transaction charges-as       applicable-would be levied over and above the total amount.only. Based on       the transactional requirements, payments can be made through one of the       following methods: Visa/ MasterCard/ American Express Credit Card (bank       transaction charges applicable) Bank/ Wire/ Telegraphic/ NEFT Transfer       Banker's Cheque / Bank Draft Cash deposit We do not accept payments       through cheque.
  
  POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY  DEPARTURE
  - In       case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any       avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing well in       advance. 
- Cancellation       charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and       would be as follows : -
    - 40 days        prior to arrival - 25% of the advance deposited
- 15 days        prior to arrival - 30% of the total tour cost (except the transaction        charges)
- 10 days        prior to arrival - 40 % of the total tour cost (except the transaction        charges)
- 72 hours        prior to arrival - 50% of the total tour cost (except the transaction        charges)
- Less than        72 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
- In case of        special train journey, special airfare journey and peak season hotel        bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable which would be        advised as and when required.
- In case of        'No Show'- No Refund During "Peak-Season," which is defined by        the density of tourist inflow in each region, and may vary from place to        place and hotel to hotel, any particular hotel may implement a different        cancellation policy. The travel agent is bound to follow the hotel        specific cancellation policy; and in case of variation from the above        stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will be borne by the        client and not by the travel agent. Modifications/Cancellations sent        directly to the hotel will not be honored.
- For outbound        Travel from India, Visa processing charges and fees are fully        non-refundable in case of cancellation of trip and also in case of Visa        denial by the respective embassy.
  
  Refund :
  - In       regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled       in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of       cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly       refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Any refund against       a payment received through a Credit Card, will be made on the same credit       card only. 
- In case you       cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a       limited amount that would depend on the amount which we would be able to       recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation,       transportation and missed meals etc. we will not bear any responsibility       to refund.
- Refund       process may take 2 - 7 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is       made through Bank transfer or other mode, the bank charges / outward remittance       charges would be deducted from the refund amount. We prefer to refund       money in same account or credit card from where we receive it after       deducting money transfer charges.
- No       deductions will be made for the refunds (except the transaction charges),       which are made due to unavailability of services. If the services       requested are unavailable during the requested period, we will offer       similar alternatives well before the commencement of the services and if       the client does not find the alternatives acceptable, the advance will be       refunded. However, once the alternative service is accepted by the client,       cancellation of the same will be subject to the above stated cancellation       policy.
  
  HIKE IN CHARGES :After finalization of  the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of  monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, Air/Train fare or guide charges by the  Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.LIMITATIONS :
  - Glimpses       Holidays Private Limited shall not be responsible for any delays &       alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly       -due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of       machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness,       landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. 
- Glimpses       Holidays Private Limited shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or       damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any       accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or       indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in       machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances,       strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom       department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control
- Glimpses       Holidays Pvt. Ltd. acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels,       airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other       services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets       issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which       these services are provided by them.
- We do not       have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness,       loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such       insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage's & personal       property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
- We have       taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services are provided       to a reasonable standard and are provided as described in our Web Sites.       However, Glimpses Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any changes       made by the supplier of which we have not been informed.
- Glimpses       Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any lapse in services       provided by third party vendors like hotels or airlines or transporters. We       take reasonable care while patronizing a vendor; however, may not under       any circumstances guarantee the standard of services provide by the same.
  
  Modification of These Terms and ConditionsGlimpses Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend/modify the  terms, conditions, and notices as suitable in the interest of the clients and  the company; and to comply with the legal requirements governing the industry.Legal  jurisdictionFor any dispute, the Civil Court of New Delhi, India is to be  acknowledged as the sole competent authority.Glimpses Team
